I am often told not to get too close with my clients. Business is business, don’t make it personal as they would say.

But I guess I’m just hard headed that’s why I get too involved in planning their wedding. Some made me a godmother to their first born and some embraced me and made me part of their family, making me an instant cousin.

Gen is the sister of Gladdys, my sister at heart, my instant cousin, my former client. When she touched based with me to do Gen’s wedding, without any second thoughts I said “YES”!

Gladdys was hands on with Gen’s wedding. She came back home and attended Before I Do Bridal Fair (our tri-annual bridal fair) so that she can shop around for all the suppliers that Gen needs in one weekend and get great discounts! She had fun meeting suppliers and even had a trial make up with Make up by AnneVida.

The wedding of John and Gen was simple and intimate. Celebrated with only their closest family and friends. The event was laid back and everyone had fun. Everyone was entertained when John gave Gen a sexy dance.

You do not really need to spend so much to celebrate your wedding.  John and Gen knew what they want and went for it. At the end of it all, they were happy. In a few years, they will have their church wedding in Guam and Gen will surely have her dream wedding.
