(12 to 18 months preparation)


We will start planning with you from the day we meet until a few days after your event to make sure that everything is in order.

SERVICE INCLUSIONS:

– 1 hands-on event planner
– 6 professional on-the-day event coordinators, equipped with a 2-way radios
– 12 meetings at a mutually convenient place
– Unlimited Consultation (via FB Group Chat, Zoom, Skype, Voice Call, or SMS)
– Personal secretariat service
– Vendor referral and verification
– Basic venue security and safety sweep of both venues (church and reception)
– Assistance in processing and procuring certain church requirements (transportation, accommodations and meals not included)
– Storyboard/Inspiration board
– Food tasting & finalization assistance (1 staff provided)
– Prenup photoshoot assistance (1 Staff provided)
– Ceremony rehearsal (Optional. 1 Staff provided and if the church permits)
– Shared files for Guest Management, Budget Creation and Monitoring, Payment Monitoring, 3-Day Plan, Wedding flow, timeline, checklist, event information, etc.

TURNOVER WEDDING PLANNING AND COORDINATION

(10 to 12 months preparation)


Basically the same as Full Planning and Coordination except that in this service, you have booked 5 major suppliers already.

– 12 meetings at a mutually convenient place

Event Planning Consultation

Even though you have already envisioned your event, you do not know how to start planning it and wish to be hands-on but don’t want to hire an event planner right now.

At some point, it will get confusing and overwhelming. We’ll be happy to get things started for you by helping you get organized, suggest ideas and recommend suppliers. We can even share some forms with you to make things easier.

We can help create a customized honeymoon package based on your preferences at a price that you can afford.

Regular Out of Town Fees

We can arrange for accommodations, meals, airfare/land and sea transfers but for the account of the client (3days 2nights or overnight whichever is applicable). If you will book everything for us, please make sure that everything is taken cared for. We do not want to bother you and put further stress on you (arrangements are case to case basis). A stress free day always outweighs the amount that you save.

₱20,000.00 – Visayas & Mindanao areas (airfare/land and sea transfers, board and lodging are ℅ clients)

₱15,000.00 – Baguio, Ilocos, Pangasinan, Mindoro, and Bicol Region areas

₱15,000.00 – Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and Bataan areas​

₱10,000.00 – Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon, Bulacan, Pampanga areas​

Outside the country – fee will depend on destination (airfare/land and sea transfers, board and lodging are ℅ clients)
