We have had the privilege of organizing numerous significant events for Jover Laurio ever since her wedding, and this marks the third birthday celebration of her precious daughter, Cassandra Margarette, that we have had the pleasure of handling. When Jover asked me and said, “I’m planning Cassie’s 3rd birthday party, and it will be held in Samar. Pwede ka?” Without hesitation, I enthusiastically replied, “But of course!
